How do booking enquiries work?
Guests complete a simple enquiry form and receive a direct response with availability, rates and next steps.
Is the pool open all year round?
The pool is open from late April or early May through to the end of September. At 12 metres long, it features both a shallow and a deeper end, making it ideal for all ages. Warmed naturally by the sun, it is perfect for a refreshing swim before relaxing on one of the sun loungers.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome. We simply ask that they remain on the ground floor and are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
Is there parking at the property?
Yes, the property offers ample private parking within the garden for several cars. The gated entrance also provides additional security overnight.
Is the pool protected by a safety fence?
Yes. In accordance with French safety regulations, the pool is fitted with a 1.5 metre-high safety fence and a secure gate. Adults remain responsible for supervising children at all times and ensuring that the gate is kept closed whenever the pool is unattended.
Is there a barbecue?
Yes, there is a barbecue available for guests who would like to enjoy cooking outdoors. The local supermarket, Super U, sells charcoal as well as an excellent range of meats, fish, vegetables and other barbecue essentials.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, all beds are made up before your arrival and bath towels are provided. For longer stays, there is also a washing machine and clothes line available should you wish to do any laundry during your stay.
Will we have exclusive use of the property?
Absolutely. Your booking includes exclusive use of the entire house, garden and swimming pool. The only people who may visit during your stay are the pool or garden maintenance teams, and we do our best to schedule these outside your stay wherever possible. Our concierge service, La Conciergerie de Franck, will be your local point of contact should you need anything during your stay.
What is the maximum occupancy?
The house has four bedrooms. Three bedrooms each sleep two guests, while the fourth bedroom, ideal for younger guests, has two bunk beds and a pull-out day bed. We therefore recommend a maximum occupancy of 9 adults, or up to 6 adults and 5 children. A travel cot can also be provided on request.
